Jemel L. Jefferson is the visionary proprietor of Mastermind Innovative Solutions. He hails from Richmond, VA and proudly boasts being from the Church Hill neighborhood. He is a married father of 5 amazing children. Jemel believes strongly in family and community service. In addition to being a father, he actively serves as a referee, mentor, and football coach. 

Jemel is a summa cum laude graduate of Strayer University where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Management. He has a very diverse employment background and draws from those experiences to help others achieve their goals. He opened his first business in 2002, DT Xpress, a retail shop in downtown Richmond, VA. Shortly thereafter, he embarked on a career in the insurance industry where he's held various positions in both sales and claims adjusting spanning the last 16 years and counting.
